The aim is still the same but some of us are getting better at it.

The following philosophy is presented in two formats.
The first part is channelled and is quite a mouthful. I’m always amazed though at how much sense it makes. The second part helps us to understand the first. It contains a more practical approach showing us through this example what is possible when we set our minds to it. It is a clear indication of what the Angelic realms wish us to aim for. What we will come to understand when we look back at this time is that there are energies around us now to help support us in achieving this task.

Part one

BEING

The tamed mind.
In the moment.
No thought.
Senior moment.

“Being is the greatest gift to mankind that we as an individual can offer in love. Being is the capacity to remain still in the face of adversity. Adversity is concrete evidence of ill mindedness that blocks the destiny of truth. Truth is freedom and freedom is love and love is God and God is all there is.”

GOD IS A DIVINE THOUGHT AND A PURPOSEFUL ACTION.

If we love one another God lives in us, and his love is made complete in us.

“God is found in us and not outside of us for we are both God and Man. God is light and very, very pure. Purity is a state of Being and Being is said to be both good and bad. Bad behaviour is straying from our truth and truth is our stability. Stability is a place of being which determines our levels of sanity and sanity depends on our experience of thought. Thought can be purity of being and being is purity of thought. Thought is determined by our experiences and experiences are determined on our place of being and being is all there is. All there is is love and light and truth and divine glory is our goal and essence of being that has not been marred by fearful experience. Fearful experience can be broken truths creating instability of thought and thought is all there is. All there is in moments of time is experience and experience is expression of beauty and light and love and compassion and honesty and freedom of speech without occurrence of negative outcomes or it can be blinding in its destructive form of error, error which holds you to conformity for fear of retribution. The Lord, your God reprimands no one for he is a God of the people, a triumph of happiness and glory when suspended in truth. Truth is glorious in its expansion of expression and thought. Thought is all there is and all there ever will be.

“Many people it seems are still searching, desiring, trying too hard in their endeavours to succeed in Spiritual enlightenment. Solving problems is not our deliverance anymore. We have crossed the bridge of no return and presented ourselves to the universal creator and mind of God. God has the capacity of thought form to be present at all times, omniscient form of being. By being in this ultimate presence you are able to manipulate Divine Creation. Divine Creation has no limit and limit is YOUR present challenge. Understanding this will free you to become whoever, whatever is in your hearts desire.

Patience. Patience. Patience
The desire is driving you to destruction so that your peace is defunct at moments of weakness. You need to acclimatise to the organisation that is on high if you are to deliver yourself in its completion. Standing alone requires more discipline of thought than you had previously imagined. Opening up to the higher mind will be very beneficial to your being. So BEING now is your goal. Your goal is desirable and very productive in the scheme of all that is. All that there is is being, One with your own Being, One with Fellow Man, One with the Animal Kingdom, One with the Earth, as One with the Universe,. Being is all there is so try to let go of the insignificant fears of decision making and productivity. Spend some time with yourself. Loving your being, being grateful for this moment in time. Present yourself to your maker and be in contemplation with the Divine energy and source.”

In this privileged place of knowing learn how to be in this privileged place of being.

Affirmation

“Go inside and prepare thyself for the coming months and years of devoted service and loving impression of sustainability and worthiness. Go inside and meet thy maker full on now as you step into the void with total understanding and acceptance of whom you are and where you are going.

Going inside at every opportunity is now required when you behave as an emissary of light and love. Loving thyself completely is a required aspect of your entirety and that entirety is transformational in its capacity to turn you from a multimedia being to the cosmic versatility in doing. Doing is greatness when honouring the true person and presence of God. God is formula and to do that which is natural and natural means to be instinctively loving in all situations. All situations require the trust and the truth will be delivered. Trust in who you are and let no man take that from you. You are evolving and with that evolvement you will benefit from relinquishing the shackles of constricting formality. So tend to your own sheep and you will know happiness and generosity and love.”

I’m not someone who can quote the bible but I know that Jesus is known as the Good Shepherd and it is written that he will take care of us. When working with a client a good few years ago they were given a spiritual message from Jesus and it was then that I understood that the ‘sheep’ Jesus refers to are ones own thoughts. If in our heads we chatter like monkeys then those thoughts are the result of an undisciplined mind. They take over and rob us of our peace. If we are to “Be” then we must have the ability to have “an empty head” when we choose. We are learning to become the shepherd of our own sheep. Ascension requires that the flock are all taken care of!

Jesus had tamed his mind and mastered his thoughts. He was pure of thought and therefore pure of heart. He was the absolute pure thought and therefore the main man in “Shepherding”!!!! In the old days we had around us Master Carpenters, Master Painters. Is it any wonder that Jesus was so referred to as “Master.”
What of his powers, his powers for instant manifestation-miracles-being?
Never mind a master’s degree, I think he was beyond Doctorate level!
Some of us are now realising that we have been attending Spiritual University and that the opportunity for understanding goes on and on.

Part two   BEING BEING BEING BEING BEING BEING BEING BEING

One morning in 2004 I woke up having had a very revealing experience and I want to try to put into words that experience because it was a clear indication of what the angelic realms were trying to teach us. It was the philosophy (written above) made clear. We hear the word “Being” all the time but as yet not many of us truly understand what we are aiming for. “Being” is an experience it has to be felt. It cannot be underestimated the value of this next level of disciplined consciousness.

The greatest gift that you can give to yourself and mankind now is to stabilise your “beingness” at whatever level of enlightenment you have mastered. To truly move into that beingness. NOW is the time to let go and let God. Go with the flow and learn to BE. Accepting who you are, warts and all. Letting go now of the constant mind chatter, the constant self-analysis, often constant dissecting of your emotional parts. Do not pick at the scab anymore. No more do you need to delve deeper and deeper. You have done enough, light workers, LET BE. All you need to do now is learn to “BE”.

Being is our deliverance now and learning how to stabilise our thoughts and ultimately our deeds in our everyday, all day existence. We need to learn to live This Life, accepting our past and our future. Not waiting until we reach some imaginary spiritual place that is going to be even better than sliced bread! We only have this life to experience at this moment in time and so we must make every moment count. This life is where we can see, touch, taste, hear, smell and intuit and with it all create. This life is what counts. So get into this life, this moment, acceptance, let go of the search and the desire to be doing something. Feel the new energy which has arrived or rather we have managed to elevate ourselves to. We have been learning Disciplined Consciousness.

Now is the time to apply and embody the consciousness of Being.

As a Shaman I was given this lesson through a Gorilla. I was shown myself, as the Gorilla, high up in the mountains in the heart of the jungle.
I said to myself “I AM Gorilla.”
I could smell myself and the environment. I could taste the air, what I was eating. I could feel the tenderness and freshness of the leaves of the trees. I could hear the sounds of the jungle, birds calling, insects moving. I could see everything with heightened understanding. I was there. I was that gorilla. I was just lounging in the tree tops, chewing on something and looking out of its beautiful eyes with ancient understanding and wisdom. I felt its amazing strength, knew its knowledge and wisdom. I was the power behind the animal and there was an incredible and amazing sense of calm, peace, gentleness. I was totally undisturbed. It was as if my own heart had removed itself and I was his heart beat.
What I was was “BEING.” I just was the heartbeat of God.
Nothing interfered with my peace-such was the place in the gorilla’s mind. My own mind had skipped off somewhere and therefore couldn’t intrude.
It struck the Maria in me that this was the peace that passeth all understanding.
There was nothing I had to do, nowhere I had to go, and it was as if I just was here in this moment.
Then I was shown the contrast. I had the ability to act if the need arose. When I first wrote this down I wrote ‘react’ but the re was crossed out. Let me try to clarify. I was shown that when need be, I would and could move as easily and quickly as someone playing the piano into a different consciousness. I could be a ferocious killer without any detriment to my being for I only had the ability to act. I saw myself becoming alert, sensing something that had the power to threaten my environment, my situation, my creativity. I moved as the gorilla from the tree tops, felt myself swinging from branch to branch confident in my abilities and strength. As I made my decent I was aware of the alertness in all of my senses. The earth was suddenly below me and as the Gorilla I moved fearlessly towards the thing that had disturbed it. Then I saw another Gorilla. Without hesitation I felt myself within the gorilla propelled forcefully, in total focus for the matter at hand. My brain seemed to come into play; I was strategically alert in order to act in self defence. I took part and experienced this ferocious act and then the other gorilla was dead. I could taste the blood, feel the power, heard my thumping heart beat. Immediately it was over I stopped thinking. Silence fell within me again and I felt nothingness yet it was everything. My mind which was the gorilla’s mind was again without thought. I was being. What struck me was that the gorilla which I was had no sense of guilt or remorse, no sense of fear tied up to that experience. He had not reacted but acted. He did what was necessary to survive through instinct and not through conditioning or programming. This is what we have to come to understand. Act and not react. Act from instinct guided by our divine self which is truth which will be for our highest good and safety. Our survival depends on a fearless existence. We will have to learn how to act powerfully with appropriate behaviour yet with tenderness. That truth only comes from the heart.
We have to go within or we go without!

A young woman from London called me yesterday (13th January 2004-) she was shall we say in a difficult place, confused, her thinking all over the place. I gave her the above information and more. The more was about Jesus and using him as an easy alternative to solving her problems. I’ll try to explain. I ‘know’ he was a holy man and through his understanding and presence gave us the incredible opportunity to use the Holy Spirit Energy. I have come to understand this as a two way process.

I work with the Holy Spirit Energy and it is there for all to tap into. Remember we are looking for ways now to achieve and ground being who we really are. “Grounding was not the word that I was looking for. It seemed inadequate. The word ‘embody’ was given to me later. So I came to understand that we are striving to embody our individual “Beingness.” i.e. Being love, pure of thought, pure of heart, incredible gentleness, tenderness, stillness, the peace that passeth all understanding. Jesus with his understanding of the Holy Spirit Energy Field has alone given us the unique opportunity to hand everything over, in Faith, to a higher Kingdom, the Kingdom of Heaven. (Around the year 2009 I would begin a new phase of learning. The process would teach me about the part that Mary Magdalene played as a teacher and healer of equal divinity and importance. That this amazing gift could not be achieved one without the other, Jesus and Mary.) There are a lot of superior beings, from Angels to Ascended and Cosmic Masters just waiting to be asked and to serve. With this understanding I suggested to Karen that she try it out for herself. The more you try it out, the more you see the results, and so the Faith grows. I suggested to Karen that she hand over lock, stock and barrel, the confused ‘monkey thoughts’ to Jesus to take care of and then trust that this would be the case. The following is an example of the way this needs to be done. If a child, on Friday night, said to his mum that he wanted his P.E. kit washed and pressed for Monday morning, together with extra Marmite sandwiches because he had an important match after school he would simply hand that responsibility over and wouldn’t think about it again. They would trust that it would be done. This is the kind of trust that we can develop in Jesus, or if you prefer the energy that the man represented. The other thing that I tried to share was that when you hand it over you must leave the outcome to him or angels or who ever you feel comfortable contacting. The ‘God’s’ see it all, they see the bigger picture. You have to refrain from putting an outcome or boundary on the outcome. It’s like leaving the painting unfinished and not putting a picture frame on it and so giving the ‘God’s’ a free hand. If you don’t do this the creativity will be born from your mind set of expectation and manipulation. To put it another way your mind does not match the creators so leave out suggesting the outcome and the greater the abundance will be.

You have to loose control to gain control.

Many of us have come through the positive thought growth but we are now approaching a different level of trust. I just want to emphasise that we can take a short cut. We can hand the worries over, lock, stock, and barrel if we are prepared to stop trying to think our way out of things. As a child and up to about the age of eighteen I was naturally really good at this. I could quite easily ask God as I would my father for help then sit back and “BE”. Then I got a boyfriend and an education and began to “think”. For one reason or another I shut down my communication and as very often happens, I didn’t realise what I had until it was gone. It took me a long time to find my way back and rediscover that sense of spirit again.

As a little girl I often heard Bible stories and that Jesus was the Good Shepherd and takes care of the sheep. I never really understood that, never quite saw myself as a sheep. But I have discovered that the sheep Jesus was talking about were our thoughts and we of course are responsible for our own morals and values, we ourselves are each a shepherd in that sense. I believe that the prophet Jesus tried and is still trying to teach us that through his consciousness there was and still is at hand an added bonus to help us. I believe that his mind was pure of thought and so his soul matched the divine source, his higher self and true spirit, which is Holy. He was a Holy Spirit. If we take this a step further and believe that we are all “One”, his divine energy isn’t just an individual thing but a collective one and so he isn’t just ‘a’ holy spirit but ‘THE’ HOLY SPIRIT.
For me I see a connection that can take us onward and upward straight to source.
He is pure thought and therefore the Ultimate Shepherd. It’s as if we can’t lose.

Karen phoned me back in the evening and told me that she had tried to put everything into practise and had been “Being” all day. I was about to say that the chances of success in just one day was probably pushing it but her words alerted me to her success. She said that she was feeling rather nervous because she felt kind of floaty and at times rather sensual and that she was basically insecure because she was experiencing, thinking nothing! And was even struggling to analyse that? I’m prompted to write this today because this morning I woke up the same way. When you have been used to mind chatter constantly and thinking and analysing all of the time, it is a strange experience to find yourself still. Remember the Gorilla and “BE”. The sensuality feeling is related to you experiencing love which is pure of heart, the love of “BEING”. You quite literally like yourself so much that it is like falling in love, but it is with yourself.

Another little story to try to explain this further. Many of my clients have become my teachers, my friends, my apprentices. One such person and I’ll call her Jean, said to me one day,
“Maria, you are going to despair of me?”
“Why is that?”
“I think I am falling in love with Jim again”. This was a man who verbally, physically emotionally and spiritually had brought her to her knees.
I did answer and probably despairingly. (Being human isn’t easy.)
“You are not falling in love with him; you are falling in love with yourself! Don’t go and give it away, especially to someone undeserving. It isn’t about giving it away; it’s about holding it for you, BEING IN LOVE WITH YOURSELF. Enjoy that moment. When you are in a strong place and your cup runneth over then you will find that others will naturally be caught up in your love. That feeling that is rising within you is love but it is about you and ‘being ‘love. It isn’t to do with being in love with another person and following old thought patterns and behaviour and then usually ‘thinking’ that fulfilment will come through sex. Before we know it we are back to where we started when we let our minds rule the roost.”

Understanding what love is isn’t easy. It would take Jean many years to stop falling into the same traps as indeed it took me. Love certainly isn’t what we “thought” it was!

I AM writing this to ask you to aid the next level of our evolution and I want to try to express another understanding of our Beingness and a means of strengthening that. When you are meditating, or praying, being or acting in your own place, try now to let go of the desire to direct your energy always away from you e.g. a specific healing cause. What I mean is that the greatest gift and act of generosity now is to stay in your own power, activate and energise it, holding it, stabilising it and not limiting it by putting a boundary or expectation on it. Simply Be. No thought. The more people that can achieve this then the outcome will be phenomenal in our understanding of Ascension. When you are in your own power and not getting in the way with your thoughts then the angelic host can link your consciousness up with others and direct that energy to where they want it to go, such as into the collective consciousness of a country. Wow, isn’t that something? The power of prayer really works but it works even better in the form that I am trying to describe.

Here is another example to emphasise this point. A few years ago I took part in a workshop when the animal understanding of duality was brought in, via the Lion Energy, actually here into England to ultimately aid the opening of the heart chakra of the world, again here in England. That energy is upon us and available. I myself had been directing groups and had added to this with “Hope” and “Purpose” to name but two. In workshop situations steps were taken to contain fear. I didn’t and still don’t envisage anything or set out to achieve anything. I am available as an unconditional channel as set out above. At that moment in time a beacon of light was placed to neutralise that negative energy. That beacon of light will need fuelling. When you simply activate your energy field and hold it, no ulterior motive, then your consciousness can be used is ways beyond your imagination. Around that time, approximately 2004 I was invited and of course guided to London and the group I was with in the morning did valuable work on the heart consciousness. In the afternoon a smaller group of us (working as I have been trying to explain above) found, as we held that Love of ourselves, each in our own power, where cracking open the Earth’s Heart Chakra.

You’re “BEING” in love will accelerate this process. Can you see how your place of Being is very much needed now? So I ask you to trust in this next level of letting go. “BE” at whatever place you are, tame the mind and shepherd the thoughts. Hand over the worries for greater beings to carry and sort for us with the Divine Mind’s will. This way you will be supporting more than your self, you will be assisting every platform level of elevation into the Light. Bless you all.

I had one further insight before I woke that morning of the shamanic experience as the Gorilla. (At that time I didn’t know I was a Shaman. It took the London group to tell me!) I felt that this message was sneaked in because they knew I would groan. It was, would you believe, about coffee!!! At that time I only had one or two cups first thing in the morning and I did love it. But I was told that it would affect my place of “Being.” Pooh!
